They say some of the best things in life come in small packages; Trip would like to disagree. With a big heart and even bigger smile, Trip grabs the attention of everyone he meets. Trip is a Shar Pei/Terrier mix who has inherited the best of both breeds; the loyalty and eagerness to please of the Terrier and the intelligence and courage of the Shar Pei. Dont forget those adorable folded ears and blue tongue. Although he has been waiting for his own home since 2004, Trip has most certainly not let that dampen his spirits. He is always eager to go for walks, meet new people, and learn new tricks (especially when his reward involves bacon-flavored treats). His favorite things are playing with other dogs, peanut butter rawhides, fluffy bedding, and sitting in your lap. Unaware of his own size and strength, Trip would do best in a home without cats, but enjoys the company of dogs around his size!
