Emma is a Cayman Coconut and her foster family Bio while in the Islands is below Fill out our dog adoption application in at petsalivewest.org I fostered Emma mid August 2014 and she was a scared little girl with her tail tucked right up under her belly. I already have a rescued female 2yr old mix that can be a bit aggressive and bossy. However these two were instant buddies and I never had an ounce of trouble from either of them. Emma is a gorgeous wee soul, full of mischief and energy. Her tail is now constantly wagging and will rollover whenever she thinks she will get a belly rub. She will make a little whimper when she wants to tell you that something is worrying her. She barked once or twice for noises in the back yard late at night but in general she does not make any noise or bark incessantly. She has been easy to take care of, she gets into her crate during the day when told, goes to bed when lights are out and Miss Emma is a very tidy little dog - toys belonging to my other dog were scattered all over my apartment and Miss Emma collected all of them and put them in a pile beside her bed. And after playing with them, she tidies them away again. She is fussy about what she eats but she has a good appetite so as long as its meat based, she will eat it. She is great on the lead. She shows no aggression at all towards passing dogs. She is a little bit afraid of traffic, especially loud cars or trucks. If I wasnt on a temporary work permit, I would have considered keeping Emma myself as I am positive she will make a fabulous family dog good with people, good with children and good with other animals. I didnt try her with cats but I reckon she would also be okay or easy to adjust.
