Buddy is a 6 year old neutered Jack Russell/Parson Russell Terrier. This spunky man has the slim, long legged body of the latter but, since both breeds are descended from the same line, they are frequently identified as one and the same. Buddy is energetic and overly enthusiastic. He can be a bit pushy as well as mouthy, so youngsters and toddlers might be a bit overwhelmed by this. Fun loving, affectionate Buddy is house as well as crate trained, rides well in the car, and knows basic commands (when he chooses to listen!). He enjoys games of all kinds, especially fetch and football, and would make an excellent companion for a family of active, athletic adults with or without children 10 years and over. Multiple dogs probably OK, but Buddy can be a bit selective, so it really depends on personality. As well, cats and/or small animals are not the best match for our little hunter.
