American Staffordshire Terrier - Vanilla - Large - Adult
Born in 2008, Vanilla is a gorgeous dog. She came to the shelter emaciated, nursing a litter of puppies who were quickly adopted. Vanilla is now in excellent health, and waiting for a home where she will be shown love and care. Vanilla is very affectionate, but can be protective of those she loves, so she would be best suited as an only pet in a home with experienced owners. Vanilla would benefit from regular exercise and would take quickly to some training. While her first home didn't provide her with enough interaction, we have found that she bonds very easily to those who show her kindness.
